JANET S. LEUTHART KOCH, 78 years of age, died Sunday, November 27, 2016 at her residence, surrounded by her family. She was born in Greenville, Indiana to the late Bernard and Ada (Ollis) Leuthart. She was a graduate of Indiana University where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She was an elementary teacher at George Rogers Clark School in Clarksville for 28 years and at Northside Christian Academy in New Albany for 5 years. She was a longtime member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.

Survivors include her husband, Wesley R. Koch; daughters, Kelly Koch Koetter (Bob) and Jamie Koch Thevenot (Greg) all of Floyds Knobs, Indiana; two sisters, Bev Parker (Pat) and Juanita Wilson; three grandchildren, Courtney Koetter Manos (Sam), Alexandra Koetter Paul (Justin), and
Bryce Wesley Thevenot; great granddaughter, Isabella A. Manos; and nieces and nephews.

Her visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday, December 1st at the Chapel at St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. A scripture service will conclude the visitation at 8:00 pm Thursday. Her funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 2nd at the Chapel with private interment to take place at a later date.

The family extends a special thanks to her dedicated caregivers, Rose, Joyce, Candace, and Alicia and to Hosparus.
